Ready 2 Work is a 10-week paid summer internship program.

Who can apply:

• Young adults 18-25 with autism related disorders.
• Have received their high school diploma
• Have completed the application and interview process

What will participants receive?

• On the job training and support from a job coach
• Compensation for their time at US Bank
• Employability and work place behavior classes
• Comprehensive skills assessment
• Updated resume and cover letter
